• Text Prompts: Text descriptions you enter for image generation
• Images: Images you upload for editing, analysis, or style transformation
• Chat Messages: Conversations with the AI image analysis feature

We may automatically collect certain information:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version
• App Usage: Features used, creation history
• Error Logs: Technical diagnostics for app stability

2. How We Store Your Information

2.1 Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device:

• Created images and their base64 data
• Task history and settings
• API configuration
• Image analysis chat history

Important: We do not upload or store your data on our servers. All data remains on your device.

2.2 Data Backup

Your data may be included in device backups (iCloud or iTunes). These backups are controlled by Apple's backup policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for:

• Providing and operating the App's features
• Processing your AI image generation requests
• Storing your creation history locally
• Improving app performance and user experience
• Troubleshooting technical issues

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Alibaba Cloud DashScope

The App uses Alibaba Cloud DashScope API for AI image generation and analysis. When you use these features:

• Your text prompts and images are sent to Alibaba Cloud servers
• Processing is subject to Alibaba Cloud's privacy policy
• We do not control how Alibaba Cloud handles your data
• You should review Alibaba Cloud's privacy policy

4.2 No Other Third-Party Services

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not contain third-party advertisements.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties, except:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share information
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or valid legal process
• API Services: Data transmitted to Alibaba Cloud for processing your requests

6. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

• All data is stored locally on your device with iOS security protections
• API keys are stored securely using device encryption
• No data is transmitted to our servers
• HTTPS encryption for all API communications

Note: While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Control

You have full control over your data:

• View: Access all your created content in the workspace
• Delete: Remove individual creations or clear all data
• Export: Save images to your device's photo library
• Account Deletion: Permanently delete all app data

7.2 Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual tasks or images
• Clear chat history in image analysis
• Delete your account (removes all data permanently)

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.

9. iOS Permissions

The App requests the following iOS permissions:

Permission	Purpose
Photo Library	To select images for editing and analysis, and to save created images
Camera	To take photos for image editing and analysis

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

10. Data Retention

Your data is retained locally on your device until you choose to:

• Delete individual items
• Clear app data
• Delete your account
• Uninstall the App

11. International Data Transfers

When using Alibaba Cloud services, your data may be processed in servers located in different countries. This processing is subject to Alibaba Cloud's data protection policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:

• The updated policy will be available in the App
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes
• Significant changes may be notified through the App

13. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

15. Do Not Track

The App does not track users across third-party websites or apps. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track users.
