Ario is an AI-powered image creation application that provides the following services:

• Text to Image: Generate images from text descriptions using AI technology
• Image Editing: Edit and enhance images with AI assistance
• Portrait Style Transformation: Transform portraits into various artistic styles
• Image Analysis: Analyze and understand images through AI-powered conversation

3. API Key Requirement

To use the App's AI features, you must:

• Provide your own Alibaba Cloud DashScope API key
• Ensure your API key is valid and has sufficient quota
• Be responsible for all costs associated with API usage
• Keep your API key confidential and secure

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App to create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5.2 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated images may not always meet your expectations
• The quality and accuracy of results depend on various factors including API service quality
• Generated content should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for verifying that generated content is appropriate for your intended use

7. Data Storage

The App stores your created content and settings locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party API services (Alibaba Cloud DashScope). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:

• All your locally stored data will be permanently deleted
• This action cannot be undone
• You will lose access to all your created content

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
